Make sure you know the needs of your customers and find an effective way to solve their problems.

THINK ABOUT THE ENGAGEMENT
No you don’t have to get married to your strategy! However, engagement should always be on your mind. One type engagement is interacting with the people who use your products (seems a bit obvious) but many businesses don’t do it nearly enough! Social media is the best way to create a higher user engagement and market your brand as a trusted resource.

BE OPEN TO A BIT OF EXPERIMENTATION
Add a bit of spice into your strategy! Look for new ways to switch up the parts of strategy that feel a bit boring. This may mean experimenting with something new, such as adding video or trying out a new social website. In the long run the change could be a positive thing for your brand, you’ll never know unless you try.

DON’T BE LOVE BLINDED
Don’t feel like there’s anything in your strategy that needs to be changed? You may be love blinded!
It means you are too invested in your strategy to see everything clearly. No strategy is perfect, you should be able to see what is working and what may need reworking. If you haven’t seen any positive results and don’t know where changes are needed, you may need an outside source to examine your business and give you options to fix the issue that you may be blind to. The worst thing you can do is remake the same mistakes and expect different results.

LEARN FROM OTHER RELATIONSHIPS
Networking has become more important than ever, when creating a strong marketing campaign. Looking to your direct network as well as extended for insights and business tips is very important. Some tips you may have not realised on your own (Knowledge is power). Speaking to colleagues, industry professionals and even your employees can help point out changes or even strengths in your business plan.
Following how your competition interacts and markets their business is important to consider when working on your own strategy. You should highlight what makes you unique in the market and why a customer would like to buy your product over your competition.
